Pressure Cleaning

One of the most common questions I get asked is "How many PSI is that thing?" Well the PSI can go up to 3500, but That much pressure is rarely used. The fact is that nearly any surface is cleaned more safely and effectively with the proper chemicals and cleaners and the least amount of pressure possible. Some pressure washing companies refer to this as soft washing. When cleaning the exterior of any home weather it is brick, vinyl, T-111, hardy board, stucco or any other texture, this is the process any experienced professional will use. It is not good for any home exterior to blast away at it with high pressure, it can damage wood, blow out window seals, strip good paint and chip away at bricks and grout. Be careful who you hire to pressure wash your home. If they are a "we do it all" company they may do more harm than good.

Low Pressure Roof Cleaning

Black streaks on asphalt shingles is known as roof algae. It will only get worse if not taken care of. Algae likes to thrive on the north side roofs where the proper amount of shade is present. It feeds on the crushed limestone that is used in asphalt shingles. Rain spreads the algae down the roof causing unsightly black streaks. Eventually, the algae will take over the entire roof. We can kill and remove the algae, using contractor grade cleaners and low pressure, making your roof look new again.

Paver Sealing

Sealing is meant to protect pavers from the rain, sun, stains, etc It creates an invisible barrier on top of the pavers that repels water, oil, and anything else you might accidentally drop on your driveway or pool deck, so long as you wash it clean as soon as you spot it. Sealing also preserves the pavers' natural beauty for years to come.

The 3-Step Paver Sealing Process

1. Clean the surface using the latest technology and techniques. Most stains and deposits can be removed. Some stains, however, cannot be removed entirely.

2. Re-Sand the joints. An extremely fine sand is swept and blown into all of the joints. This confirms the “interlock” function of the pavers and gives them a uniform appearance.

3. Seal the surface. The sealers we use prevent the pavers form soaking up spills, making it easy to wipe clean or spray off. You can choose a natural look sealer, which does not change the color or appearance of your pavers, or a wet look sealer that enhances the color of your pavers.

Pool Decks

Pool decks are one of the items we clean most. If you've never had a professional pressure washing of your pool deck you are missing out. We can pretty much make it like new again. It's your own little paradise, keep it looking nice. If your pool is enclosed we can also clean the aluminum screen structure.

Gutter Cleaning

Gutter interiors should be cleaned out in the spring and again in fall, to keep them from getting clogged and causing drainage problems. We will clean out all of your gutters, including down spouts

Driveway and Sidewalk Cleaning

People are often surprised when they see how clean their driveway and walkways look after a professional pressure washing. With commercial grade equipment the results of concrete cleaning are very uniformed and bright. Many of the homeowners tell me that they actually own a pressure washer, but it would take them a whole day to clean the driveway and it does not look as clean as when we clean it. It is also important to know which chemicals to use to treat oil stains, rust stains, and stubborn mildew.

Wood Deck Restoration

If your wood deck is slippery and black and you want it to be safe and beautiful again, we can help you out. Pressure washing wood always makes it look better, especially if you are planning on staining it or waterproofing it.
